I hope someone at a management level reads this and understands stuff has to change. I sincerely doubt it takes 2Checkout almost 2 weeks to ask me for my payment info. Happy to conclude this company isn't a total fraud, although I still find it very interesting that I had to post a reminder on TrustPilot to actually set things in motion. Making your customers jump through hoops much? - So yesterday I received my refund. Guess who didn't refund when they said they would? Crooks! And now they want me to send a bank statement with my details, so they can refund. Yes it takes ages, but at least it freaking works. Stay away from it, and just use Google Photos to transfer your stuff. Based on my experience I can say: MobileTrans is broken. But Wondershare came back with a different software program to use to fix the problem of the other software. Being a software developer myself I understand the importance of logs and that stuff can sometimes go wrong. I provided all the logs and information they needed to help find the problem. As mentioned: 13k photos, timestamps messed up. Only 8500 of the 13000+ photos had transferred and many photos lost their timestamp. After rebooting the device myself it started working, but non of the videos would show up in the Photos app. Contacted support and they told me they would escalate a ticket to have a developer look at it. But after buying the real deal, it was a big disappointment.
Running the latest OS versions on both devices, it worked like a charm on their trial. MobileTrans seemed capable of migrating everything I wanted: photos, videos etc. 22 november Bought the € 54,99 MobileTrans to migrate Android to iOS.
